I love this video from our dear friend Elias in youtube. This reminds me of how we used to celebrate Sid l'Miloud in Oujda. M7areq, kbar w sghar (the tiny red ones), swarekh, kwabess kou7al belboushoon, Derboukatt, Tbilatt, familly get together at night for intimate dinner made up of Berkoukess or couscous, followed by mint tea, peanuts, nuts and jban, and recitations of Bourda poem and other poems in family settings. Wonderful memories.. am I going to ever celebrate them again..?? only time will tell. Anyways, enjoy this ambiance.

let us not forget what Sidna Rasoulallah went through in the very beginning too.. the extremem hardships he went through, even the difficulty in adjusting to his new role when he first began to receive revelations of the Quran from angel Jibreel.. when he saw the angel in his full form filling his sight of the heavens, and hurried home to Khadija shaking and asking her, cover me, wrap me, cover me..
